We enjoyed everything! The fries were crispy and perfect. The desserts are amazing.

Most of all, we loved our server, Manon. She was so friendly and attentive. The best server ever.

Aix-en-Provence has now many places with burgers... probably as many as kebabs.
Yet, to find intelligent craft in hot dogs... it is rare.
This is what Philippe (The "Boss", however, it is not Bruce Springsteen... although, maybe he should try a microphone some time),
his spouse Valery, and their "flight attendant", Roxane have succeeded in doing.
OK, ok, ok... you can say... "hot dogs do not deserve that lengthy review".
Wrong... when it is/was a real swooshing-surprise.
Philippe and Valery mush have spent a few hours on "how’s" or "with what" and presentation for this to be a rock-solid success.
Aix-en-Provence Court House area is NOT to its best due to massive finishing 2 years archeologic work.
Should be ended in 3 months now.
Never the less... it reminded us a few simple stop-by-food while in California, or during our life in Australia for 22 years....
We do of course roam classic restaurant places.
Yet, cuties place such as this one is A MUST NOT TO MISS.
Go and visit Philippe and Roxane. Valery does Cheese Cakes out of that world for a simple reason.
Instead of going to the classic base of speculoo’s, she went for macadamian nuts... and WE DO KNOW of them as Australia is the biggest producer.
We had, my wife and I the same "dog": Gourmet Fourme d'Ambert.
AND THIS, to me, epicurean I am for many "centuries" is the sign and mark of a choosy creator.
He did not choose classic jack cheese... he went for one that is the mark of great taste.
Try to do a endive salad without Fourme d'Ambert? ... it is "yuck".
Bravo Phillippe.
We have another 2 or 3 dogs to sample at your place.
For desert, it was two Cheesecakes.
One "classic", and one "Litchis". Loved it... and will have one more very soon...
Actually, we should, must, ought-to suggest Philippe to, maybe, have this cheesecake in take away... ah ah ah...
Valery will be enslaved behind her cooking-lab for hours.
TRULY Philippe... convince Valery.
We would surely come buy for 4 or 6 of them for an afternoon tea at our place.
"Live Long and Proper Philippe, Valery, Roxanne" (Mr. Spoke)

One of my favourite restaurants in Aix! This little place keeps things simple and done well!! Hot dogs, chips and deserts are tasty and cater for a range of dietary requirements if you’re gluten free/vegan. The deserts on offer are always to die for! Whether home made cookies, choux buns or cheesecakes! The staff are wonderful and welcoming and top off the whole experience! There’s not much outdoor seating so best book head if you’re a big group, or take your chances and be willing to get a take away; I’ve never had a problem eating in groups of 2 or 3 but the table so can get full quite quickly. A lovely atmosphere and great food, highly recommend!

If you get a hotdog and water you've got a relatively cheap meal. The hotdogs are really good and make a great lunch but the french fries are also great, especially with bleu cheese! We also had beers so not a cheap lunch but very good. Friendly staff, too!
