We went to La Paloma/La Pedrera looking forward to try every restaurant we could, we had to repeat on this one.
The place itself is gorgeous with different locations to choose: front yard, back yard and indoors. They have beef and seafood options in the menu, plus pizzas in the night.
Seafood pasta is amazing, everything is fresh and it shows off. They change it every day so you can ask for it several times and it'll be always a nice surprise.
Pizzas are way up from the standard - they actually wait for it to be cooked in their wood-fired oven instead of just letting the cheese to melt, as Uruguayan pizza places tend to do. Crust is thin and crunchy, and the rest of the ingredients are top-notch.
Although the place looks fancy, prices are within what you'd expect from that boulevard.
Honestly our favorite visit in our trip. We still have a lot to try next time but this one is a pretty solid option.
