The experience was not that great some of it was out of the hands of the hotel, like our fighting neighbors. Other things that was really part of the hotel and the poor hotel experience. Small room, tiny bathroom next to the loud elevator. No air-con (in a room more then 100 euro’s a night air-con is expected) and not even a fan, while it was 90 degrees during the day.

We stayed for two nights, travelling as a family with teenage children. We booked two rooms and both were clean and pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the old quarter. There are lots of lovely little restaurants and cafes nearby but you don't feel like you're right in the middle of the tourist strip. The palace is an easy walk away (10-15 mins). The desk staff at the hotel couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and when we had difficulties with trying to purchase petrol for our hire car, the hotel manager actually accompanied us on his moped to a petrol station and helped us to sort out the problem. This was definitely above and beyond expectations. We'd gladly stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was clean and quite peaceful- typical French hotel. It wasn’t modern (at least in the room we were) but fine. The hotel is also really close to city center and the Palace. Hotel service is English speaking.

Such a pleasant place, well located- close to the Palace, nice staff, I wish we could stay longer!
The room was more than enough, bed was really comfortable and clean, bathroom was newly renovated and there was No problem with speaking in English, which is surprising in France:)

Very nice, cozy, quiet, and romantic hotel. We bought the package including champagne and tickets to Versailles palace. Beautiful view to a romantic little courtyard where we could smell the roses and hear the blackbirds singing. Very close to the palace with a lot of cafes nearby. A very clean hotel with pleasant staff.
