“Charming, cosy apartment , Great location , Highly Recommended !”
Reviewed 5 February 2016 for a stay in October 2015

This charming , cosy apartment was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Rafiq was the ideal host, offering all the information you would need to enjoy your stay in Paris. He and Jasmine lived next door and were on hand if we had
needed assistance but left us to enjoy our stay .
Although the apartment is only a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides and other tourist attractions it's location meant we could experience the every day life of Paris. Close by were many bars, cafes and restaurants ( most very reasonably priced !) and the wonderful Rue Clare with its outdoor markets.
This is a very safe area with no noisy late night bars, which suited us, three middle aged women ( there are many supermarkets with great value wine to bring home !)
We would highly recommend staying in this apartment if you want to know what its like to live like a Parisian for a few days.

“This apartment was PERFECT and truly UNFORGETTABLE”

I have been to Paris many times but this place is far superior to anywhere else I have ever stayed. It was extremely clean and well equipped (even a juicer and an espresso machine in the kitchen) and if it weren't for the fact that we wanted to try out some of the amazing neighborhood restaurants, we could easily have cooked all meals for ourselves in the apartment. We just felt so comfortable and at home. It is peaceful and airy and even more exquisite than the pictures.
The location was also really great. We were able to experience the heart of Paris totally "by foot" because the apartment is so well located. In fact, on our first night there we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in under 10 minutes. But while the apartment is close to so many famous attractions, the actual neighborhood feels very quiet and quintessentially French so you don't feel like a tourist when you are staying there.
As for our hosts, Rafic and Jasmine are a LOVELY couple. Totally kind and helpful. They always respected our privacy but each and every time I had a question - which was several times a day! - I would simply go over to their flat next door and ask them questions. They NEVER seemed to be bothered by our showing up (even when I locked myself out of the flat); in fact, they seemed genuinely happy to see us and eager to help in any way they could. They also helped us plan our daily excursions to make the most out of our time in Paris and gave us recommendations in order to avoid the overpriced tourist shops and restaurants. In a nutshell, they went far beyond the call of duty to spoil us and give us the most enjoyable stay imaginable. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

“C'est parfait!”
Reviewed 12 January 2016 for a stay in October 2015

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rafic and Jasmine's delightful apartment. Rafic was a most hospitable host who explained all we needed to know and was on hand to ask questions if needed. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. We particularly liked the quiet and convenience. You wouldn't even know that you were in the heart of beautiful Paris once you step inside the inviting and spacious apartment. We were able to easily walk to public transport and supermarkets. Some major attractions are very easily accessible by foot. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if we are lucky enough to return to Paris.

“Perfect Hideaway in busy Paris”

This 7th arr apartment was a great blend of location, comfort, and convenience during our recent 5 day stay in Paris. The apartment is exactly as described and represented in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we were only minutes to two Metro stations that got us everywhere we needed to go. And the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and other local sites are only a few refreshing minutes walk away. As a bonus, if you need a car to get out of the city the Avis location is literally right across the street.

So the apartment is great, but what really set it apart for us was the hospitality of the owners Rafic and Jasmine. From helping to resolve booking issues with TripAdvisor to making sure we had any local knowledge needed to make the most of our stay, Rafic made it very clear by his actions that he wanted us to have a worry-free stay in Paris. None of this was expected, and certainly was never intrusive, but it's just that little extra effort that made us SO glad we chose to stay in this apartment. When we have the opportunity to return to Paris we won't even think of staying anywhere else.
