“Perfect!”
Reviewed 22 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

Just got home from a wonderful Spring Break week with my daughter and 18-year old granddaughter. This adorable apartment was a perfect base for my granddaughter's introduction to Paris. The supermarket across the street is well stocked with everything you could want, a boulangerie at two steps, a fancy chocolate shop, a drug store on the corner, and our favorite restaurant at the end of the block, Villa Sophia -- so friendly and comfortable for a casual dinner, with good pizza. The apartment itself is charming, deep into the building on a quiet street,, so absolutely no street noise. Excellent quality of everything -- dishes, linens, appliances, a good closet with drawers, a full-size mirror, and I enjoyed the one-cup espresso pod machine. So clean it was hard to believe anyone else had stayed before us! Very nice manager who greeted us and explained the details. All in all, don't hesitate, so long as you understand that charming means small in Paris!

“Lovely little apartment but uncomfortable bed”

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in January. The apartment is lovely and small (as expected). The neighborhood was so convenient for public transportation and offered many wonderful restaurants. We always felt safe. We appreciated having the 1 + 1/2 bathrooms (2 toilets/one shower). Kitchen had everything we needed. Our host left a small welcome gift which was so nice. He was very responsive and always professional in our communications. The one downside was that the bed in the bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable we ended up using the pullout couch instead. If the bed were comfortable, I would have given a 5 and would stay there again. We found the combined washer/dryer hard to use but assume that was our inexperience. There was a clothes line in the apartment that came in handy for drying clothes.

“Perfect, well equipped.”

Well....what to say.
The owner had his apartment spot on.
Joly was there to meet us. He showed us how to use everything in the apartment, and gave some tips about Paris and our personal safety.
It was quiet, away from the street traffic, but just a quick walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Tour de Eiffel.
There was two patisseries in the street, and Josephine's just around the corner. A grocery store opposite and down a bit, and multiple restaurants at the end of the street.
The apartment itself, was homely and fully equipped. There was no expense spared. Everything was of quality. We especially enjoyed the washing machine that dried your clothes as well.
Laurent, was always quick to respond to our emails, and even helped to organise transfers to and from the airport.
We will definatley be booking with Laurent again, if we were to come back to Paris.

“Modern one bedroom apartment”

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week, Although small, it was beautifully furnished and had a nice little kitchen with all the utensils you would need. The shower was great. The bed was quite hard which my husband did not mind but I slept on the sofa bed and that was fine. The TV controls were a bit tricky at first but we managed to work that out. The same with locking and unlocking the door. Unfortunately the washing machine had broken down the day before we came and was going to be fixed after we left. That was a pain because we rent apartments for the ease of washing clothes and cooking. The location was excellent between the Eiffel Tower and d'Arc de Troimphe. It has a small supermarket across the road and the bus/metro is in easy walking distance. We used line no. 1 in the Metro from George V. We found buses and metro on Google Maps.

“Chic apartment in the centre of Paris”

Chic apartment in the centre of Paris ,directly opposite a good supermarket and next door to an off licence. Walking distance of arc de triomphe, trocaderro, Eiffel tower. The apartment is compact but excellent for two although there is also a sofa bed if needed. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher oven etc. Shower is large and with good flow hot water. It's on the ground floor but there are some sets of 3-4 steps to negotiate, and the apartment is deep in the building- therefore no road noise. We would come back.
