Emmanuel was a great host and we cannot wait to stay at this apartment again when we return to Paris. We were only able to stay one night due to travel delays, but it seemed as if we stayed a few days because Emmanuel felt like a good friend by the end. Essentials were provided, the room was a good size and everything was clean; we were able to use his kitchen and still had privacy in a separate apartment. The view is beautiful.

Emmanuel était un très bon hôte. Il nous a bien accueilli, et nous a donné plusieurs recommandations pour les restaurants et les sites à visiter. Le séjour était vraiment sympa, et c'était comme on était des amis à la fin de notre séjour. La chambre était bon et très propre; vraiment avec une belle vue. Mon mari et moi avons hâte de lui rendre visiter encore, la prochaine fois qu'on visitera Paris.

As others have written, the owners are extremely helpful and friendly. The directions to the flat are very easy to follow and the room was very clean and inviting. We had the pleasure of conversing with them each morning before we left for our day of sightseeing. Emmanuel went the extra mile and printed us maps and informational guides. His suggestions helped us immensely.

My husband and I stayed for 10 days while we were on our honeymoon. I look forward to staying here again in the future! We feel that staying here allowed us to see a more authentic side of Paris than staying in a hotel would have allowed (and far less expensive too!).

For a short stay the room is very comfortable for two people. One thing that may have made us more comfortable, as we roomed here for a longer stay, would have been a mini fridge and perhaps a microwave to store leftovers or cook something small in our room rather than eating out at restaurants every night.

We were both extremely happy with our choice to rent this room and would most definitely stay here again. We had a lovely visit and look forward to a future trip when our paths can cross with Emmanuel and Marie-Béatrice again!

My girlfriend and I spent nearly a week at Emmanuel’s guest room and now we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Paris!

The room was very charming, as was the owner. It was very clean and well presented and the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The apartment is just a couple of minutes from the Metro with a direct line into central Paris. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area and if you want some recommendations, then just ask Emmanuel.

We had a lovely time and were sad to leave.
