A small place tucked away in the Sentier quarter, at the end of the equally attractive foodie-focussed rue du Nil. Basically they offer a number of set Bento-type menus. Lunchtime at weekends they offer a Taiwanese speciality, a Gua Bao menu. This is what we took, and very unusual and delicious it was. The meal consisted of crispy wontons, egg cooked in tea (looked odd, but tasted lovely,) salad and Gua Bao - pieces of pork (there is a vegetarian version) with various things in a doughy bun and covered with a slighly sweet, sticky sauce. I'm not doing it justice there, but it was good! Everything made to order in an open kitchen. To finish a very good list of Green and Oolong teas.
The couple (Franco-Taiwanese?) who run the place are welcoming and pleasant. The atmosphere calm and laid-back. Very, very nice, will visit again.
