I recently stayed at this place for 4 nights. The place was very clean. The apartment is situated in a very safe location. I traveled solo, so that was a big concern for me when choosing a place to stay. There are also a lot of good food (cafes & bread stores) and markets nearby. The place is small, so it is for one or two people. It has all the amenities you need: TV, Wifi, water boiler, stove, plates, etc.
And its very convenient to travel to all the places in Paris! The metro is a short walk away. You can easily walk to Invalide, Musee Rodin, etc. The metro nearby makes it very easy to change to RER too. It was also very easy to travel to/from both the Paris airport. Olga was very friendly. It was very easy to set up to time to meet her to get the key etc. The booking process through TripAdvisor was very easy to do.
Overall, I liked the place. It was quite, safe, and peaceful place to stay. And it was very easy to get to anywhere in Paris.
