First visit 9.23.17. The efficient entry was encouraging. However, once inside the venue proved to be understaffed, poorly ventilated, and awkwardly laid out. The upstairs appeared to have fixed seats which all had an excellent view of the stage in quite close proximity. The general admission floor was composed of two levels, it turned out. One was sunken by stair wells that were unmarked and unobservable once the place was packed. And when not in the sunken floor space the upstairs balcony was nearby overheard, creating a rather claustrophobic sensation. Despite that, the sound was actually rather good. The sight-lines were mostly good so long as one was not stuck behind the many vertical columns. It's a small theater, so it does maintain good intimacy, but it's really only recommended for the bands and not for casual attendance - the heat, the lines at the understaffed bars, and the awkward layout are not to be recommenced.
