We visited the seafood bar next to the main restaurant and had a real treat. It is a simple place with limited seating but if you just want wonderful seafood then this is your place. The bar is stocked with delicious bread, great balls of creamy butter, and all the simple condiments to compliment the swimmingly fresh seafood you will enjoy. One wall is full of wine fridges, to suit all tastes. The menu hangs from boards on the roof. We just asked for a dozen decent oysters and some rose and let the lovely server sort us out. The shells came with some lovely small pork sausages and we relished every mouthful. The depth in flavour of the oysters was a real eye opener. A really wonderful lunch experience.
This will be staple for a simple, but exceedingly delicious lunch on every further visit to Paris. Highly recommended.
