The hotel is situated just by the Eiffel Tower- it can be seen less than 50m from the hotel's front door. The hotel is very clean and beds very comfortable.

It is a 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station and is a fantastic location to be able to stroll into the city and walk back,

Would definitely go again

Thank you for everthing to all staff. They are very helpful, kind, smilely face. I came here with my four friends in Easter time. We were so happy. I also have to say the hotel is very clean. The room is small but enough to stay. I recommend it all who wants to come to Paris. Five minutes walk to Effiel tower, metro station. We spend really good time in Paris and in the mercure paris centre Effiel tower hotel. I would like to say tripadvisor's comment really helpful to choose a hotel. Thank you.

We booked privilege room with Eiffel view. I found paying extra was worth the money as the view from the room is magical. Though room size is same that is very small for all categories still its worth the view.

Privilege room has complementry mini bar with non alcoholic beverage...slippers bathribe and bath ameneties in room which are missing in lower category rooms.

We were on our honeymoon and found special arrangements in the room for us.

Most of senior staff at reception speaks english and are helpful. Travel wifi they rent out for you to carry out is very useful and economic.

Some of the staff doesnt speak english at front desk and while checking info about airport drop I was informed by a new lady staff at reception that price is 55 € and after confirming the price I booked it.However later other staff told me its 62€ to airport. I asked them to cancel it and book and outside cab. The lady manager apologised and said booking is cancelled and booked outside cab for us for 55€ however when we reached the airport..the driver charged us 62€ and said reception booked a 62€ cab only. We couldnt do much or check with front desk staff for this as we were leaving the country.

Special mention for staff KEVIN who was very helpful.

The hotel isnt as bad as reviews reflect. I find it worth all the money simply for the views...proximity to restaurants and metro.

And yes one has to remind staff to replenish mini bar otherwise they wont.

The hotel is situated just by the Eiffel Tower- it can be seen less than 50m from the hotel's front door. The hotel is very clean and beds very comfortable. We had a privilege room which had a mini bar of soft drinks. Unfortunately the room was a bit warm and it was too noisy to open the window.

On the whole, nice hotel in a good location

If u are looking for a star hotel with budget hotel facilities ... than go for this hotel..
hopeless housekeeping, terible service ... looks like a budget hotel... sorry i should call it a HOSTEL
waste of money.... Reception never picks up the phone... u have to go down to reception personnally ... no house keeping after 10.30 PM. wait for long for your baggage to get to the room... only one conceirge for the hotel... disgusting management.... very bad and waste of money against service provide

Location is good ... very close to eiffel tower ... Room internet is very good
