What an interesting statue to visit. It sits on the end of a small island and the walk to the end is quite nice. Interestingly, you have to walk through an outdoor gym to get to it. Other than the statue, there isn't much to see, but it's a nice walk and good place to take some fun pictures. Our family of 6 adults definitely wanted to include this in our Paris experience.

I always wanted to see the "other" Statue of Liberty and decided to go for a walk to do so. A little distance from other attractions but a nice walk to get there along the river front. There are a few other sites to see along the way if you start at the Champs Elysee as you walk past the Trocadero, Eiffel Tower, Pont Alexandre III and a few nice little parks so well worth a walk. All up from my hotel it was about an hour or so of easy stroll to get there.
I have not seen the NY version however was impressed by this one. Sitting in the middle of the Seine holding torch aloft there was a serene nature about this statue. There were not too many people around when I was there so it was a nice walk and enjoyable time reflecting.
Well worth seeing just to add into the list of things to see in Paris and enjoy the walk.

It’s nice to see and get that photo opportunity. The walk to it on a nice day is relaxing and with the trees give some shade from the sun.

If you a fitness person then just before the statue under the bridge is a calisthenics work out area as well as some general stuff for kids while you to some pull ups!

Go see, it’s free,..take a chance and grab a pic with the mini SOL
