The setting for the gardens makes this a year round attraction. Make sure you see the area with the benches and the little pond off to the side. Very nice.

Such a civilized experience. It brings clam to my heart to stroll through these gardens and just take in all of the characters that populate them.

We visited in May 2018 and found this park on a whim. It is heavily used by Parisians so we were able to enjoy a proper Parisian experience with a picnic in the park. This park has tennis courts, horseback riding, play structures for children. miniature sailboats for rent, cafes, beautifully manicured gardens and plenty of seating. You could easily spend a full day there.

Walked through the gardens on a beautiful spring day, our last day in Paris before we headed back to Australia.
It was so strange to see the Parisians sitting in rows in the gardens but wow, so beautiful.
It was lovely to see

Definitely a nice place for some rest and relaxation. Much of the grass is off limits but certain sections you can walk/lay on. We had espressos and relaxed in the shade. There are statues all around and lovely greenery. Worth a visit.
