You get what you pay for, and this is a no frills crash pad with comfortable beds, hot water and working wifi. It has a great location right in the centre of 18th arrondissement. Close to Pigalle, Sacre Coeur and 3 metro stations. Lots to see and do nearby, convenient for lots of eateries. Take ear plugs to maximise your sleep!

We enjoyed our 4 nights here, room was clean and staff friendly. The rooms are dated but it’s part of the hotels character.
This hotel is so close to so many things, and lots of places to choose to eat.
Definitely the best area in Paris to stay.

The staff were so friendly and the location is prefect... the only problem was the room was way too small.. u could barely put your luggage and walk .. the man would give u a code.. once reception is closed u key in the code number and the door opens. :) .... lots of restaurants around and coffee shops!

We were welcomed and greeted politely by a member of reception upon an evening arrival. He was helpful in giving us a map of the local area and presenting us with our room keys.

The hotel has very simple, somewhat old fashioned furnishing. Our room was a double room with 2 single beds pushed together, which didn't really bother us but it was stated as a double bed on Expedia.

There is a lift, however it is very small and slow, and would likely only fit one or two people. The stairwell is very high and narrow, and is a spiral. If you struggle with stairs, you should definitely book a room on a lower floor.

The walls were quite thin, so you could hear anyone talking outside the rooms or any bangs throughout the hotel in the night. We weren't bothered by loud noises coming from outside as the streets are quiet with hardly any traffic.

The location of the hotel is brilliant. The streets around the hotel have many restaurants and bars, and it is very close to two different metro stations. The area itself is very quaint and quiet.

The shower/bathroom was clean, tiled and the shower had powerful hot flowing water. The room was equipped with a safe and tv (all french channels).

All in all, for sleeping and getting ready for the day, the room was perfectly acceptable if you want to stay on a budget.

Lovely staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is very basic and cozy.. but Paris is a cozy kinda place.. the bed was comfortable altho more pillows would have been ideal. Very small rooms very small lift very small reception. The restaurant next door on the corner is lovely. The temperature of the room was always perfect never too warm or too cold. Clean and tidy.
