We all enjoyed the blue circuit - even the chronic music with the commentary was funny. Helpful drivers and great way to orientate yourself.

We took our time and studied the map to make sure we got value for money and ticked off our list of 'things to see and do'.... we also gave ourselves plenty of flexibility to allow for traffic congestion/crowds/delays... for us it worked well and though 33 euro each was a reasonable price.

Started out as early as we can, catching the bus at the Eiffel Tower (Green Line Paris Grand Tour), near where we were staying and stopped to have breakfast near the Bus Exchange for the Montmarte (Yellow Line).

We were happy to sit on the top deck and sometimes just snap a picture rather than getting out and wandering around.... we didn't have any issues missing a bus due to large crowds and always were able to sit in the top deck. Sometimes we missed a stop ie: Arc De Triumph but the next stop was Tocadero and not a difficult/long walk back to Arc De Triumphe.

Would recommend to family and friends in the future as a reasonable way to see it all... of course, we did not travel in high season so may have missed the big crowds.

This tour was very good and reasonably priced and good value for it. €116 for 3 adults and 1 teenager. This got you all 3 tours hop on /off all day. The commentary was good but in some places it was out of time with the location. Overall the commentary was informative and interesting and I got a lot of new info on the places. Headphones were good quality with plenty of cord so it wasn’t tight. Multiple selection of languages and even kid commenting 3 languages. A must do I Paris.

We were in Paris for 4 days visiting friends and we decided to do the Open Tour with our kids (9 and 7). It was our first time ever doing a hop-on, hop-off bus.

We really enjoyed it because we got to see more of Paris than we would have by public transportation. It also made it very easy to sightsee with the kids. We tried listening to the commentary, but it didn’t always work. We downloaded the app to get the times at the bus stops. That worked well.

We also got the boat ride with the package and it was a little confusing. The ticket you receive is no good to get on the boat. You have to go to the Open Tour kiosk at the dock and exchange it for a ticket. The woman behind the counter at the dock did not explain this and was a bit rude. That was very off-putting.

All in all, I would recommend this tour as a means of seeing the city. But I would forego the boat ride and do a bateau mouche instead.

Sadly, I had higher hopes for this, and think a different company would be better. We were only in Paris for a day and thought this would be a great way to see the city. The stops said 8 or 15 minute intervals between buses, but we waited a minimum of 25-30 minutes at EACH stop. It significantly limited what we were able to see in a day because of the time spent waiting. We needed to get off at the train station and realized as we were at the following stop that they never stopped. When asking if they were still stopping there, the driver said no, it was closed, without letting anyone know. We had a train to catch and needed to run to the station from the stop after that one because of this. There were definitely not enough buses. At each stop, we'd see 3-4 big bus tours come by in between. The buses were so overcrowded that not everyone could get on (leaving very angry customers who knew they'd be waiting an additional half hour for the next crowded bus), and couldn't get seats together at most stops for our family of three. I think this is a great concept, I just would not recommend this company.
