The setting is absolutely stunning, the service unobtrusive and the food was excellent.
We took the vine & land menu and were impressed with the pigeon/fois gras dish, but the remainder, although faultless did not astound us. The Chaource cheese dish was an absolute disappointment, insipid and was not respectful of this lovely and tasteful local cheese.
The price was excessive, even if one takes into account the lovely location.
