A nice location for the town center or the port area.
Parking was not easy, but we found a free spot in the street opposite the hotel.
The member of staff spoke English and there was a lift available to the room.
The room was a triple but still enough room to move around in.
I did not like the bed as it seemed to sag in the middle (room 33) which made for a poor nights sleep, as did the mozzies, but that's not the hotels fault, just shut the window and kill the mozzies before you try to sleep!

Excellent communication before arrival. Located within walking distance of the harbour and the city centre. Parking (paying) in this street and (free) in the street opposite the hotel, Streetfront rooms have seaview to the right, if you lean out the window. The rooms we occupied were basicaly furnished. Our party had no complaints whatsoever. Nice simple breakfast. The owners were very helpfull with suggestions and tips.

Was in Brest for a conference. Hotel is well located and within walking distance for conference centre and city centre. Rooms are rather sparsely furnished and functional, but spotlessly clean, nice powerful shower, comfortable bed. Could have done with coffee facilities and more storage space. Nice simple breakfast. No bar or restaurant, so have to go out for a drink. Couldn't get wireless to work.
Finally a word about Brest. Not really sure I would recommend going there unless you have a good reason. Nothing to see or do, not an attractive town.

We were there for one night before Brest 2008. The hotel is clean, the rooms are large enough, however the wi-fi connection was a pain on the third floor. The location is convenient but the neighbourhood was so-so.

I think the place is ok for a one night stay, but you should pay more if you want to stay longer in Brest.
