“Not great.”
Reviewed 7 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We got flat 14. We arrived late due to car troubles and had trouble parking as it is all street parking. The key was easy to get from the keysafe. The front door of the apartmnt looked like it was broken into at one time which didn't give us a good 1st impression. After opening the door (the screws holding the handle in place were loose) it was apparent the door was "fixed" with a length of wood over the original fixings..we just crashed for the night without looking for the bedding for the pullout bed for the 3rd child...we went out the next day and came back to find out there was no hot water to bathe/shower and it couldn't be fixed until the next day...there was also random stuff left over from previous occupants left in cupboards 1 used toothbrush in the bathroom cabinet(missing an handle) and a tube of cream (prescription) on top of the cabinet and food stuff half used in the kitchen cabinets plus an assortment of pressie bags and sink plugs (that didn't fit) in the boiler cupboards. Everything in the kitchen needed washed before use. No appliances were PAT tested with stickers and the smoke alarms were not fitted. The blinds were bent out of shape and there was a hole where there should have been a inspection hatch for pipework in the livingroom, an odd cupboard door stashed above the fridge freezer and mould in the shower cubicle. The front door screws would "disappear and reappear" throughout the day ...unsure if that had to do with theresident children using the stairwell as a play area or not. But as a place to just crashout in very close to the train centre it would be OK.

“Nice flat with great connexion with city center”
Reviewed 26 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Lovely flat just next to the train station, with direct connexion with piccadilly every 30 mins, a Tesco at less than 2 mins walk. The negative points is detail, but they were : no channel on the TV (we were 2 IT engineers, 2 electronic engineers and 3 other people, we tried everything imaginable and finally found a way to watch rebroadcast.) It was not dirty but it was quickly cleaned. In general it was a really good weekend spent in this flat.

“Cosy, quiet and well equipped yet close to everything”
Reviewed 11 January 2016 for a stay in January 2016

We booked the flat at short notice and Nichloas and Andrea were very accommodating. Very good communication from enquiry through to check out. The flat is cosy and spacious and relatively quite as it is in a residential block. The bathroom was a good size with a separate bath and shower. The kitchen was well equipped and even had some basic essentials like sugar, tea, coffee and cooking oil. The beds were comfortable however the linen could do with an update. We found shops, transport and food within waking distance and the block is fully secure too.

“Great alternative to a hotel for our last night in the UK”
Reviewed 12 July 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We flew out of Manchester and chose this apartment for its proximity to the airport. It was clean and spacious, although it is not handicapped friendly. The apartment is on the second floor and has limited on-street parking. We had a car, which is necessary for traveling into the city Centre. The owner lives in another apartment in the building. We enjoyed our brief stay here.

“Fab for a girls weekend away!”
Reviewed 29 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This was a great choice for a girls weekend away in Manchester! Only 10 mins in a taxi to the city centre and a 5 min walk to the nearest tesco to stock up on essentials. The apartment was lovely, a good size and really clean. Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back!
