Went to the Washhouse with a friend when visiting Manchester in June. I liked the whole concept after reading about it online on a list of different things to do when visiting the city. No issues booking beforehand, I like keeping up the pretense of booking a machine it's good fun. Staff were very friendly and accommodating on the night especially after we had arrived late. Tried around 7 or 8 drinks from the menu between and each one was presented uniquely and with its own flourish. We even had a mini marshmallow roast with one drink. Yes that does add to the price of course but if you wanted a standard run of the mill cocktail then it would be better going somewhere else. This was a fun experience and the fun comes in the presentation and variety of just how weird and varied some of the cocktails are. Wanted to try a lot more of the menu but we were tipsy enough as it was so will just have to come back again next time I'm in the city!
