I felt compelled to write this review which unfortunately is negative in regards to the actual property but I wanted to air my views about how positive I feel about the way in which Manor Cottages dealt with the problem!!
We booked a 3 night stay over Easter and cutting a long saga short we had to leave after one night when it became clear that the bolier was not functioning and therefore we had no heating and no hot water for showering etc.
What I would like to say is that Manor's dealings over this matter have been very professional and they are obviously a very customer focused business who genuinly were concerned at the sequence of events.
I would therefore strongly recomend them as an organisation to deal with as our problem was one of those unfortunate things that happen in life.
