Situated in the theatre district, although not many other options for theatres. Surrounded by reasonable food offering the theatre it self is comfortable and clean. It has an option for VIP lounge at a small cost where you can relax before the show and during the interval. Comfortable seating, and some good performances, never had a bad experience in the half a dozen times i have been here

Lovely trip to the theatre to see the ballet for my birthday! The staff were welcoming, and the seats were amazing in the stalls. I had a wonderful experience! Absolutely no complaints.

Bring my mum here regularly as she is in wheelchair. Easy to book as her carer and the matinee is perfect. Ushers are helpful and it doesn’t even matter much what is on, it’s easily accessible which is so important if you have to push someone in a wheelchair

Loved the theatre... Kid's loved it... Would go again...
Cinderella was amazing and funny...
Recommend getting there early as when we went they were doing bag checks for security reasons... Not sure if this is an on going thing or just because of all the terrorist threats and attacks happening around the country / world...

Went with the family to see the touring production of The Play That Goes Wrong. The venue itself is much bigger than you’d expect. The seating was comfortable and we had a good view of the stage despite being a long way back. The customer service was great.

To echo other comments, the only real issue is the pricing of the drinks which were disproportionately expensive.

Overall - apart from the drinks prices - a positive experience.
