Visited to see a musical . We used the Ambassador Lounge and found this to be a civilized way to start the evening away from the crowds and queues. The interval in here was also a relaxing experience. Staff were excellent. Well rcommended

Great night, fab seats with great view. Sang my heart out. Pre interval booking of drinks is a must.

Visited with a group of friends - had fantastic seats & really enjoyed the show.
I was horrified at the price of drinks in the venue.
Hate being ripped off.

Fast love proved to be a great George Michael tribute act, brilliantly playing many of his most popular songs. The theatre was packed, and justifiably so. The drinks though are really expensive so it’s best to make sensible use of the local pubs and restaurants. Don’t though try to sneak drinks into the theatre as bag searches have become common place.

Great fun romantic comedy musical with the Gershwin touch, lyrics by Ira and music by George.

Bobby Child (Tom Chambers) is the son of a wealthy banking family and when his attempts to dance on Broadway fail, returns to the family business to foreclose properties with bank mortgages. He is sent to Deadrock to close the theatre down, but instead falls in love with the owners daughter Polly (Charlotte Wakefield) - the star of the show. Charlotte had a wonderful voice and played the part of the Wild West backwater tomboy really well.

Instead of closing down the theatre, Bobby in disguise, tries to save the business by putting on a show featuring the locals. The ensemble were just brilliant, with cast members playing instruments on stage (some multiple instruments) as well as singing and dancing and those of note included Moose (Ned Rudkins-Stow playing the double bass, banjo, guitar); Lank the local hotel owner (Christopher Fry playing trombone) and Tess (Hollie Cassar playing piano, sax, clarinet).

The other show headliner was Claire Sweeney playing Irene Roth, Bobby's long term fiancé, who realises that she's lost Bobby starts a relationship with Lank.

High energy production with some well known songs by the Gershwin brothers, including "I Got Rhythm", "They Can't Take That Away From Me" "Embraceable you" and "Nice Work If You Can get it"

Fantastic musical currently on tour and if you can get some tickets and have a couple of hours of pure entertainment.
