My wife really wanted to celebrate our second anniversary with a dinner at Masa, so I reached out, and they were happy to help us plan a special evening. The presentation of the dishes is really beautiful and appetizing, the beef cheek was my favourite thing we ordered, and my wife's was the duck egg.

House wine was lovely (most places house wine is shocking) so that waa nice. Food was very nice, well presented and served nicely. Only criticism is that we do like a mushroom and garlic puri and it wasnt on the menu. Very minor that is as we will still visit again in future as the food and environment is so good.

Big thank you to Alex and the team. Not only was the ambiance and the view from the tiered balcony in this old Chapel simply first class, all the staff we encountered including Chef are a credit to Masa. The meal was divine, belly pork was delicious in fact we even had two starters we were so spoilt for choice. Really good wine selection too. Masa is worthy of some very serious recognition and credentials. Please, give them a try, check the website too for the themed evenings. Chris

We had to go to Derby and just picked Masa from its location and reviews. We were not disappointed. This is a gem, not only is the building worth the visit, but the food was outstanding. We were surprised that we were their only lunchtime customers, but were told that Thursday lunchtimes are often slow?? The food was cooked to perfection and the presentation and service could not be surpassed. The set menu offered amazing value for money, but the à la carte was also not that expensive for a fine dining restaurant. Looking forward to another excuse to visit Derby and delight our tastebuds again.
