Having visited Harrogate just before the Easter bank holiday weekend, Bay-tree House was an ideal place to stay.

A 5-10 min stroll into Harrogate centre, Baytree House is located in a quiet location on Franklin road, giving you a ideal opportunity to park your car in a busy Harrogate centre.

On first impressions Baytree house is warm with thick carpet throughout and gives you this over riding thought of wanting to take your shoes off at the door.

The place is tidy and tastefully decorated with the bedroom spacious and comfortable for every need.

The owners are warm and welcoming and cannot do enough for you

Complimented by a 5 star typical Yorkshire breakfast Baytree House is highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Harrogate.

Many thanks for your hospitality!

Paul and Helen

I had a first class stay in this lovely guest house. Beautiful room, fabulous breakfasts, and Amanda and Simon are friendly, helpful hosts. It is only a short walk into Harrogate and I would 100% recommend it.

The welcome, the room, the breakfast, the location were great for our stay in Harrogate for a conference. Baytree House is a grand old place that has been sympathetically restored to provide fine, high end, accommodation. We were there as 'The Beast From the East' (heavy snow) took hold and we could not have been more cosy, warm and well fed. Thank you, we hope and expect to return.

We stayed overnight on Valentine's Day as we were coming to visit Harrogate Baths. We received a warm welcome and shown to our room which was lovely - good size, clean, very comfortable - one of the comfiest beds I've ever stayed in!

Breakfast was delicious - selection of cereals/fruits etc to have whilst waiting for our cooked breakfast (of which there were several options to choose from). We had the Yorkshire breakfast and the vegetarian option - both superb!

We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family!!

We stayed here overnight and thoroughly enjoyed it. The welcome was very friendly and the room was clean, warm and nice with a comfy bed and soft duvet. There is also a lounge area if you wish to sit downstairs. Breakfast here is delicious using local products and our host was lovely. The B and B is about a 10 min walk from the centre and very peaceful in the evening. Parking is available which is a bonus. We can highly recommend staying here.
