The cemetery itself is - if you walk straight in - not much to look at, to be honest. That is precisely why you should spend 15-30 minutes in the visitor centre beforehand to read all the displays and talk to one of the guides. They are amazing and will launch into lenghty presentations, full of historical facts and the newest research information. All this info makes it definitely worth a visit and will help you understand the structures out in the field much better once you walk through afterwards.
