Our tour group, Paddywagon, booked the B&B. Very clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was up-to-date. Great breakfast. Had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend this B&B. It was walking distance to city center as well.

Room Tip: We had a twin room which consisted of a double bed and single. Lots of room for luggage.

Stayed with my husband as it was the cheapest accommodation we could find in Killarney (not counting hostels)
Killarney is very expensive this time of year so 99€ for b&b was ok.
It was a 10 min walk from town and another 10 min walk out to The INEC where we were attending a Gary Barlow concert the reason for our visit
We were checked in by a lovely young lady the reception area was very welcoming and clean and well maintained there was a nice little sitting room to the side if you wanted to sit and read / chill etc
Our room was spacious and had a double and single bed. Bathroom was nice and clean and plenty room .
Tv had really bad reception thou and as we decided tune in to see who won the Eurovision Song Contest it was disappointing as we could barely see it .
Bed was comfy had a great sleep
Only negative besides the tv was the decor , on entering the room it was like my daughters bedroom going back a few years!! There were very gaudy bright coloured duvets with leopard print (my daughter had the exact same about 3 years ago!!)
The curtains and lampshade clashed I know they’re only small things but a nice white duvet cover would have made it more professional looking and just a revamp on the interior design would give it a 5 star from me
Breakfast was delicious and the poached eggs were the best I’ve ever had ,plenty of choice and loads of cereals yogurts juices breads on the buffet area
Would stay again .

The rooms here are lovely and very clean. However, upon our arrival the key card system was down, so we weren't given key cards until about 4 hours after we arrived, which is understandable and we didn't mind as it was not a big deal for us. however, when myself and my friends were coming back that night after being to a concert, we could not re-enter the b&b. The front door was locked and our key cards that we were eventually given would not work for the front door. There were four of us with a key card each and not one of them would work. There was a doorbell on the door that we rang numerous times and also tried knocking on the door, hoping that a staff member would answer and let us in. It was a very wet night and extremely cold outside. at this stage, each of us were drenched and shivering with the cold. Luckily one of our friends who had gone home earlier was in bed. However, she was asleep so didn't hear her phone until about 15 minutes later. thankfully, she woke up and was able to let us in. We then thought our key cards wouldn't work for our rooms but they did, so we think that they just had the front door completely locked. Obviously, we were all very annoyed about this situation so i confronted a member of staff in the morning. Her response was not at all apologetic, instead she told us we must have left our key cards near our phones, causing them to stop working. However, this certainly cannot be the case as they worked for our bedrooms. Upon our arrival, we also were not informed about breakfast times or check out times, or quite frankly we weren't really told anything at all. At about 10:30 myself and my friend went down to enquire about breakfast but were told it was finished. Then we were told check out was at 11am when we asked. Once again, we had to ask about both these things. We explained how it was unfair that we weren't given any of this information upon arrival, and yet again the staff member was not apologetic and avoided answering us. As we were checking out, I saw a notice saying check out was at 12, which must have been false or else we were told the incorrect time. Overall, our stay was okay. It's just a shame that the staff aren't more organised and efficient as their set up is lovely.

This hotel has a wonderful location. The rooms are a very good price for the location. My room was very big. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The young ladies serving breakfast were very nice and polite. Just an awesome experience.

Just a little bit worn but nice and a very good value. Free parking on site and about a 10 min walk to the center of Killarney. Very convenient as you really don't want to drive in Killarney. Gas, restaurants and convenience stores down the street. I got a single rate of 38 E per night and was given a large room. Very good breakfast included as well. Friendly, helpful non Irish staff. I would def stay here again.
