We chose this hotel largely because of the price and past experience with Hiltons. Hotels in Central Dublin are expensive, so we opted to stay near the airport. It's an easy bus ride into the city centre. The hotel lives up to the Hilton brand - you get what you'd expect. There aren't a lot of frills, but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We've never encountered a hotel shuttle that charged its own guests to collect them from the airport, but it was only a few euros. The hotel is at a busy junction and faces a large roadway, and there's not much around the hotel in terms of shops, restaurants or bars. So, if you're looking to be near the action, this is not the hotel for you. But, given the quality accommodations, the lower price than more central hotels and the ease of getting to central Dublin, we'd recommend this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel. All staff very welcoming and friendly. Location was ideal for our stay and shuttle bus service to and from airport was excellent. Room was lovely and breakfast was also excellent.

I selected this hotel because it said Dublin Airport. The hotel is at least 10 minutes away by taxi and is out of the way. I had no hot water the first night and received a wake-up call at 4:00 am by mistake which ruined my sleep and next day. Staff was unprepared to handle challenges.

I booked this hotel wrongly assuming that I could get off the plane and roll straight into bed. This was far from the truth as the hotel was a €16 Taxi ride away. The fact it is named Hilton Dublin Airport is purely a scam.

I had checked-in to the hotel online but still had to queue for 20 minutes in order to get my key.

The hotel itself is OK. But nothing special. Decor is the standard Hilton fare, but with rooms looking a bit tired.

I had the scallops and fillet steak for dinner. Portions were a decent size but both were under seasoned and slightly over cooked. Should have been better for the price and Hilton Brand.

In short there are better more convenient places to stay in Dublin and I won’t be heading back anytime soon.

Whilst we are not on the airport grounds, we do offer a shuttle bus service to and from the airport and our location is noted on our website. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights due to our flight being cancelled because of the snow in the U.K. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had to book our second night after checking in - which they catered for. Our room was specious, had a large vanity unit, comfy bed and chair. Our room was on the 1st floor and opposite the fitness centre. We could hear banging and it sounded like someone was using the treadmill, this was quite loud and annoying. The restaurant in the hotel wasn’t great. We had to track down the waitress to take our order, the waiter brought us someone else’s side dish, he forgot to bring us cutlery and didn’t give us a steak knife and I asked for salt and that never appeared. The hotel is near a small shopping centre and about 10-15 mins drive from the airport. They do offer a shuttle service to the airport which is around 3-5 euros each depending on single or return ticket. All in all, good hotel for being so close to an airport.
