Excellent place to stay for our 3 nights in Dublin. Good location - Easy walk to Trinity College, St. Stephen's Green, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Temple Bar, and more. Our room was clean and quiet with plenty of space. We were very satisfied and recommend.

We disembarked from a cruise ship and had one night in Dublin so chose this hotel. We were not disappointed. The place has a nice lobby, dining room and bar. Our room was spacious, clean and updated. The place does not have air conditioning but I found a fan in the armoire. The surrounding neighborhood has a variety of restaurants within two blocks. It is a big hotel and there were several tour companies using it but we were not inconvenienced by them. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It is not in the middle of downtown but taxis are available. The price was not cheap but less than some of the big hotels closer to the center of town.

Upscale hotel that’s a short walk to the Temple district & more.
On site, comfortable, clean and well equipped room. Also good food & drinks.
Enjoyed several pubs and steakhouses in the immediate area.
Shout out to staff that assisted with the resolution of an awkward passport moment.
Thank you.

This was our first stop on a 13 day trip to Ireland. Hotel is upscale, our room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby has a nice seating area with a fireplace. We were with a Gate 1 tour and the buffet breakfast was included which was great! Large variety of fruit, breads and pastries, eggs and meats, juice, tea, coffee. We ate dinner in the bar one night and it was outstanding! I had seafood chowder that was divine! My husband had Irish stew that was delicious, great dining experience!

The hotel is within 15 minute brisk walk to St. Stephen’s Green. We were able to access several attractions from here and also the hop on, hop off bus but did have to take cabs to Temple Bar area, really too far to walk.

Used the laundry service which was returned same day but it was a little pricey.

We stayed at this hotel twice, with a gap of about a week in between.
Our 1st room (no. 206) was a nice one with decent furniture, WiFi worked fine, breakfast was good.
Not so good was the single switch for all lights. Also the floor of the bath got wet everytime one took a shower because the shower floor was at the same level as the bathroom.
Our 2nd room was no. 102, small and cramped, with the coffeemaker defective (switches off again and again before water boils), the "shavers only" plug point in bath not working, no ventilation in the bathroom.
I would rate this hotel as a quite acceptable one, the biggest plus point being its central location.
