Good area with a comfortable stay. Rooms are a bit small but well maintained. Make sure you plan to eat dinner early as hotel restaurant closes earlier than expected. Nice selection of food across the street. Hotel staff were excellent and friendly. Would stay here again in the future.
After driving from the uk promised parking none available attitude from 3 different members of staff was tough not our fault if you have very limited parking it should say so on the website
Breakfast was horrendous too
Room was clean but staffs attitude was appalling while at the desk six other people complained about parking too
Second time to stay this year and hope to be back soon.As always our stay was excellent from the moment you go to reception you are met with helpful freindly staff.Even on a busy weekend no issue was a bother to the staff.
A minor issue was parking we have a blue badge but had to park at Home Farm FC and walk down to the Hotel.I know it was All Ireland weekend but maybe this could be looked at
Really good all round hotel. Friendly and kind staff. Good food and great service in the bar. Tasty bfast. Very nice doorman and reception staff. A definite place to stay for airport convenience. But also close to city centre on main bus and taxi route.
The Dublin Skylon was a perfect place to stay as we recovered from our overnight flight. A short distance from the airport, they had parking for our rental car and a restaurant on-site. We were able to check in early, grab a bite and get some much needed rest before beginning our trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the food and service in the restaurant were excellent and the Front Desk staff were truly wonderful. Not only were they extremely pleasant and welcoming, they addressed all of our questions in a helpful and cheerful manner. They gave excellent, detailed advice on the buses and provided a map to help us find our way to the sites of the city and back. Overall a great place to begin your tour of Ireland.
