Owner description: This little gem of a place ahs everything you thought Dublin would be like--from great little brick-a-brack shops to really high end fashion places that you would normally see on Bond Street.

Called at this new Boojum restaurant. Generally disappointed all round. There just seemed to be a rush and the food was being thrown into containers.Staff so intertested in getting your money, nothing else seemed to matter. The food was just okay. Won't rush back.

Found this gem of a supplier in George's Street Arcade, off Drury St.. Free samples picked by tongs to entice you to buy. Not just nuts but a wide range of dried fruits, chia and sesame seeds. Very helpful assistant, as I presented my Groupon voucher. Small paper bags for each selection. Was there on a Saturday so it was starting to get busy round lunchtime as hunger set in. Visually attractive display of all the produce.

Made our way to George's St. Arcade on a Sunday morning to find it closed until midday. When we went back later only some of the stalls were open, a couple of the shops had nice things but others were quite tacky, Thought it was going to be much better.

With many eateries, gift shops, bookshops, artistic fare and so much more, plus lovely architecture, it is a pleasure to visit and admire this grand arcade.

Dating from 1881 it was Ireland's first shopping centres and has the honour of being one of the oldest in Europe. Victorian style, it has a terrific ornate facade of red brick.

Many stalls and stores sell a great variety of goods and it has an extensive International flavour, especially of the East.

I always loved this covered market. Very nice stylish georgian market with great offers for food seekers when visiting.
we ate at UmiFalafel as I love hummus, falafelsssss and healthy salads. Umi Falafel has it all and it’s all soooo fresh.
The market is very cosy and you can get your self a bargain. we highly recommend it.

Try the falafel they are absolutely amazing...
