This is a great location for small children, great fun and learning in safe place. Stairs could do with a stair gate it’s very high and wide and safety could be better managed. I know children are to be supervised by parents but accidents can happen and it’s an open area. Staff are working like it’s a cattle Mart in /out the crowd no interesting children or play. Your a number so you make the most of it all and it is great

Thank 3ce

I’d heard such great things about imaginosity but was very disappointed.
Very young staff who didn’t seem to know what’s going on.
Toys were in such a mess. Supermarket for example had stuff thrown everywhere. Kids couldn’t get the proper experience. Just looked like a messy play room. Hard for them to engage in imaginitive play when they can’t see what it’s meant to look like.
Most shockingly YOU CANNOT RELAX IN THERE! THERE ARE OPEN STAIRCASES AND OPEN DOORS WHERE THE CHILDREN CAN EASILY WANDER OUT.
SHOCKINGLY UNSAFE!

We had a recent visit here with our 2yr old. She had a great time. We were pre-warned by staff that would be busy with school tours but the staff were very attentive that older school children not too rough with toddlers. An enjoyable couple of hours

A fantastic afternoon for young children. Many very educational features. My 2 year old and five and a half year old daughters really enjoyed their visit.
