Ended up here on the recommendation of a wine merchant friend. Went their early on a Wednesday evening with a friend from work. The food was superb, Michelin quality, but with none of the superfluous foams and fakery. The lardo di colonnata was an incredible find in Dublin, the trout was perfection, the short ribs unctuous, and we couldn't fit in a dessert. Also had lovely white and red Burgundies. All in all a great meal, will be running back their with friends and family.
