We stayed here on a spontaneous trip to Perth visiting friends. The hotel is traditional 'old school' Scottish, and caters a lot for bus tours.
Our room was clean, well maintained and pleasant. There's parking nearby, but a noisy nightclub at the back on another street might keep light sleepers awake.
They are dog-friendly and happy to cater for them.
The breakfast buffet was superb, with service to match. Try the haggis - delicious! Waiting staff were courteous, polite and very attentive, in spite of being very busy during our stay.
Perth is in a beautiful setting on the River Tay, but I've been in more attractive town centres!More
