“Great location for local attractions and immaculately maintained”
Reviewed 25 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Stayed here at the end of March/early April with husband and 10 and 7 yr olds. Gordon and Roberta were welcoming and left a welcome package and flowers on arrival which is very thoughtful. Kids got to see milking time and even a relatively newborn calf whilst we were there!
Located a little off the main road but worth it for the peace and quiet and the wonderful views. It seemed to rain continually whilst we were there, but the chalet was lovely and warm and cosy. Much thought has gone into what is provided in the chalet to make it home from home.
Good location for getting to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Falkirk and Stirling.
An enjoyable stay - thank you for having us!!

“Great value just outside Glasgow”
Reviewed 1 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Just returned from a family weekend break in Glasgow staying at Cromlet Farm Chalet. Roberta was an excellent hostess staying up until we arrived late into the night to welcome us. We were very impressed with the chalets facilities, modern, clean and well stocked, including fresh flowers on arrival. The hot tub was a lovely luxury which our family enjoyed a number of times across the weekend. The host family are very welcoming and accessible if you require anything. Ideally situated for Glasgow or Edinburgh and great value. Free wifi and toiletries included. Have recommended to family and friend already.
Note you are on a working farm - great for kids with swing and climbing frame outside.

“Wonderful experience”
Reviewed 21 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Lovely stay on the farm; Gordon took the time to show me every aspect of a working dairy farm and Roberta was a caring host with everything thought out and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Views over the countryside and mountains beyond were a wonderful sight no matter what time of day.Would recommend this farm for tranquility and peace away from the noise and bustle of our cities; no parking problems etc. a good nights sleep guaranteed.

Thanks Gordon & Roberta.

“BRILLIANT !”
Reviewed 12 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

My friend and I stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The chalet is spotless, well-equipped and in a beautiful setting. Roberta and Gordon made us feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was lovely to be staying on a busy working farm and enjoyed watching Brewster the Border Collie working hard to muster the cows for milking every morning. In the field adjacent to the chalet are Treacle, the Shetland pony, Molly and old gentle mare and a fully grown sheep - one that didn't get away and is kept as a pet! It's a magical place and we really look forward to returning to Cromlet Farm soon.

Had a lovely weekend with our daughter and two grandchildren. Nothing was a problem to the owners, hot tub and pet sheep was enough to keep the children occupied at night. Central location for lots of places to take the kids
