Came back from a nice stay at Chase the wild goose hostel. Our 5 bed dorm (there were 5 of us so it was nice to have our privacy) was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and we all got a decent nights sleep before our hike up bed Nevis! We especially liked the kitchen. So much cutlery and utensils so we could make our own food before heading up the Ben the next day. Also lots of space with 2 ovens and 8 hobs! Dining area also had lots of space and they have a comfy living room which was nice to chill out in after our walk :) thanks very much!!

Enjoyed the area, especially the village of Caol. A huge THANK you to the receptionnist for the touristic information :-) Did not take breakfast because I had to take the ferry at Mallaig very early, so can not evaluate it ;-) I would recommend for sure !

Stayed 2nights this week-efficient check in -friendly staff-comfortable-water was hot-breakfast good-this is a budget accommodation-and what you get is good value-the location is 3miles outside Fort William-which has generated negativity in some previous posts-but half hourly bus gets you in-for £1.40- so...for a well priced accommodation for walking Ben Nevis and area-would recommend-popular with French-Danish-Swiss-Austrian-when I was there-a real mix of people to talk to and share the days experiences

I was in a 6 bed shared room. The size of the room was comfortably and their was a sink in the room. The shared bathroom was really nice and there were some extra toilets.Breakfast cost around 2 pounds and was ok, but you had to search all on your own. It was not presented as 'buffet' like other hostels along the great glen did.

Thank for your advice re breakfast. What we offer is a simple cereal/toast/juice with tea/coffee options and croissants, petit Choco-pains and fresh fruit from time to time, all for around £2.50 (2018). Good to see you :)
