First visit to this restaurant but came highly recommended and not disappointed .Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff ,prompt service and the food was amazing ,I had the prawns to start and sea trout as main ,husband had the chicken on bed black pudding mash .Sticky toffee pudding rounded off the meal nicely .Varied menu and very good value for money.

2nd visit to this restaurant, when visiting Inverness, really good food and service. Had the Scottish Tapas for starter, which was delicious. 2 courses for two and a bottle of wine £60

On arriving at the restaurant we were greeted warmly and taken to our table. Can’t fault the service or the surroundings but we were a bit disappointed by our food. The mussels were overdone so rather chewy and the fish seemed like it had been frozen prior to being battered and fried, not very tasty at all. That said we would be happy to give this establishment another try as dishes that were being presented to other diners looked very appetising and as mentioned previously the service was great.

We were made to feel like we were being an inconvenience. Said we were only in for drinks and not one member of staff told us where we could or couldn’t sit then had 2 approach our table and tell us weren’t allowed to sit there. It was very embarrassing so drank up and left.

Nice place to sit and eat, good food, good range of beers on tap. The Cullen skink was fantastic. Helpful staff. Will be back again on our next trip to Inverness
