My fiance and I stayed here for 3 nights at Spring Bank. The owner, Margaret, was delightful and made us feel very relaxed in her home. We reserved the room with the 4 poster bed and it was exactly as described and looked in the pics. The bed was sooooo very comfy; we've never slept better. This room is facing the main road but we weren't disturbed by any traffic noise. Lots of breakfast choices and everything was scrummy. This B&B also has a car park which is a must in Inverness. The city centre and river Ness are a short walk away but far enough from any noise. We can't stress enough how spotlessly clean the room and bathroom were. We would definitely stay here again.

This is without doubt the best place we have ever stayed in this country or abroad. The whole place is decorated to the highest standard. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was difficult because you were spoilt for choice, and it was all cooked to perfection. A 5 star hotel would struggle to reach this high standard. The location is good as you are only a few minutes walk from the centre, and you also have private parking. The hosts Margaret and Neil are very warm and welcoming. Alan & Barbara Brown.

Room Tip: I would think any room would be good in the place

Neil gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived at Bluebell house and gave good advice re places to eat. It is very well situated for the river and shopping and we were able to walk to three different venues for evening dining. It was also very useful to have private parking. Our room was very comfortable and clean with very modern en suite albeit rather bijou. We were offered a very good choice at breakfast together with the usual cereals, fresh fruit etc.

This is an excellent run B&B. Very clean, neat and professionally run. Fantastic hosts. Comfortable bed and big room with a full hearty Scottish Breakfast. This B&B deserves more than a 5 star rating and is excellent value for money.

We booked one night on the 22nd April in the Ground floor Four poster room and we were welcomed by Neil who was truly lovely. He made us feel relaxed and at home. We were doing the Etape bike event and had an early start and nothing was too much trouble. He offered to put goodies out for us in the morning and somewhere safe to put our bikes. The room itself was something out of a movie it was full of character and charm. I have never seen a four poster bed that is as beautiful as this because of the carvings on the wood truly stunning. There is even a couch in there to enjoy having a cup of tea and watching the TV (Which is huge much to the enjoyment of my husband). The bathroom was so clean as was everything in the room. We had such a lovely time that we would love to go back and next time we will be able to have breakfast in there super breakfast room. Thank you Neil and Margaret for making our stay a most enjoyable one. Natalie & Mark

Hope to see you both again sometime.
