Neil gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived at Bluebell house and gave good advice re places to eat. It is very well situated for the river and shopping and we were able to walk to three different venues for evening dining. It was also very useful to have private parking. Our room was very comfortable and clean with very modern en suite albeit rather bijou. We were offered a very good choice at breakfast together with the usual cereals, fresh fruit etc.

This is an excellent run B&B. Very clean, neat and professionally run. Fantastic hosts. Comfortable bed and big room with a full hearty Scottish Breakfast. This B&B deserves more than a 5 star rating and is excellent value for money.

We booked one night on the 22nd April in the Ground floor Four poster room and we were welcomed by Neil who was truly lovely. He made us feel relaxed and at home. We were doing the Etape bike event and had an early start and nothing was too much trouble. He offered to put goodies out for us in the morning and somewhere safe to put our bikes. The room itself was something out of a movie it was full of character and charm. I have never seen a four poster bed that is as beautiful as this because of the carvings on the wood truly stunning. There is even a couch in there to enjoy having a cup of tea and watching the TV (Which is huge much to the enjoyment of my husband). The bathroom was so clean as was everything in the room. We had such a lovely time that we would love to go back and next time we will be able to have breakfast in there super breakfast room. Thank you Neil and Margaret for making our stay a most enjoyable one. Natalie & Mark

Thanks for your lovely review Natalie and Mark. It was lovely having you both stay with us and well done for raising so much money in the charity bike run.
Hope to see you both again sometime.

Very nice, quiet room in a great location close to city centre. Excellent breakfast and very friendly hosts. I visited this place during car trip around Scotland and thus free parking space was very appreciated.

My wife and I spent a single night at Bluebell House and enjoyed it a great deal. It is a traditional building with modern amenities in the room, i.e., new electrical, new plumbing, new fixtures. The centerpiece of each room is a beautiful four poster bed with canopy. The Bluebell is close to the downtown and a short walk to shopping, restaurants, pubs, and entertainment. The breakfast was delicious and the service was superb. Parking is an issue in downtown Inverness, but not at the Bluebell. It has its own private, off-street parking. We give the Bluebell one of our highest ratings.
