“Great place to visit the Highlands”
Reviewed 29 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Nessie5400 tells it all. It is a great place to stay; the best we've been to in the same price range (clean, well-equiped...) Our 2 boys (2-1/2 and 6) loved their room and found plenty of space to play inside and outside (would have loved to see a bit more of the tractor !). Sad to leave.

“Welcoming owners, a stunning view and nothing to complain about”
Reviewed 23 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Fresh flowers and fruit, a great selection of books and DVD's and simply every equipment you could possibly need during your stay from a washing
machine with tumbler and ironing board over towels and hairdriers to a spacious kitchen with fridge and microwave - the owners of the Courtyard
Cottages try their best to make you feel at home - and they definitely succeed! Lentran is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area
(which is described in a range of tourist guides and two DVDs) and the cottages offer not only peace and quiet but also a stunning view of the sea
and the mountains. In conclusion, there is absolutely nothing we could complain about and we would like to recommend the Courtyard Cottages to
everyone who is looking for some unforgettable days in the Highlands of Bonnie Scotland.

“Stunning views, Amazing property, Perfect location and very welcoming owners”
Reviewed 13 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

The property had everything we needed from the moment we walked in the door. The owner Dougie met us there and was a very welcoming and showed us around. They put 2 cots in the rooms for our small children and also a high chair and all was very clean and brand new looking. Loads of towels, great kitchen space and kitchen wear ( Im a chef so very important to me and I was very happy), comfy beds, very cozy. This cottage was literally a home from home for me and my family and we will 100% be coming back and probably a few times each year as I have family who we visit in Inverness.

There are 4 cottages all together with a shared courtyard so this property would be perfect for large groups all meeting up or holidaying.

“Amazing place”
Reviewed 3 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Everything was exceptional. From the house itself, with everything we needed, to our hosts that even offered us a weeding gift :) The view was... simply priceless!
The location is amazing, in a quiet location but very close to Inverness city centre where one can shop, dinner out, etc. The quietness of the countryside makes one feel like we're a long way from civilization.
We made it as a base camp for exploring The Highlands and it was just perfect! We got to see almost everything we wanted. Surely we'll tell all our friends who are thinking of visiting Scotland to seriously consider these cottages as the #1 option. And we'll be back to explore more things that we didn't have the time to do see.

“Our second visit...& we'll be back for a third!”
Reviewed 18 June 2014 for a stay in May 2014

Having stayed here previously in 2013 we didn't hesitate to book for a return visit in 2014! Lentran makes for a great base for exploring the Scottish Highlands there is so much to see & do all around you. The accommodation is superb, there is everything you need for a stay. Sheena & Doug are great hosts too - very welcoming indeed. We will certainly be planning a return visit in the future.
