Authentic Japanese restaurant bizarrely opposite Yo Sushi. There’s a wonderful menu with a selection of Bento boxes, sushi, Katsu curry etc. I opted for a large plate of mixed sushi which was pretty decent. Staff are friendly and efficient. Nice ambiance and relaxed vibe.

We were a large group, so we pre-booked one of the rooms upstairs. The food was amazing, and plenty of vegan options. You won’t be disappointed.

Good asian food isn’t easily available in Glasgow. Nippon Kitchen stands out in this regard.

Ramen noodle soups, sushi, bento boxes and tempura all easily passed muster. Don’t expect a Japan-level Kitchen though! But more than adequate for taste buds aching for the real thing.

Coupled with good service, it’s a place I will return to.

Lovely food, bit pricey but the standard of your environment and the food makes up for it, but £2.55 for a diet irn bru and £4.55 for a litre of water is a joke.

We have now had 2 meals in this beautifully decorated, centrally located restaurant and both have been excellent. Two of us dined for lunch on a busy Thursday but we were seated quickly and served promptly. We had Vegetable Gyozas which were jam packed with filling and beautifully cooked, the lightest Tempura Prawns ever, Chicken Cha Han and Chicken Ramen with a Miso base which was full of wonderful things. The only thing unusual about the Ramen was the chicken was Gyozas, which was unexpected, but it was delicious. The portions are very generous and food served piping hot. Quality, fresh ingredients, cooked well. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the bill was extremely reasonable for what we had. Our second visit saw 3 of us have Dinner. Starters were the delicious Tempura King Prawns, Kushiyaki chicken skewers and Chicken Gyoza. Mains were Duck Teriyaki, Chicken Katsu Curry and spicy, but delicious, Chilli Chicken Noodle Stir Fry. The portion of Katsu Curry is quite small, but very tasty. All food was again fresh and had quality ingredients. We had 2 different Japanese beers to accompany our meal, and glasses of water come to the table. The bill was reasonable for our meals and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, another enjoyable visit, which will not be our last.
