This was on our hike so we stopped in. The people were very friendly and we decided to do a tasting with a guide. It was well worth it and we thought Arthur was lovely. Whether doing a tour or just stopping in this is a great spot.

Gordon, our tour guide, was funny, informative and passionate. We all learned and laughed. Great distillery shop and tasting. Very helpful staff.

We were here part of a day tour. The tour took around 90 minutes. It starts with the first glass while witnessing the video about the philosophy of the distillery. Then you see and get explanations about the process, and at the end in the shop there can be a second serving. Price is mid to high.

The tourists buses come here. If you are walking that is a big distraction. The tickets are a bit high priced. The scotch selection has 10 and 20 and 30 year tasting. Lots of folks were having a go at it. The tour was just too crowded for our liking. The bathrooms at quite small. The waterfall seemed to be a joke in our view.

This was my fourth Master Blender tour - it never disappoints, I always learn something new and each blending experience is different. By far the easiest distillery to reach from Glasgow ( one bus which drops you at the gate) and such a nice bunch of people. If you know nothing about Scottish whisky- go there no one will look down on you they're just glad to see you
