This is a fabulous building with a wide range of exhibits for all the family, it is well worth a visit. The organ recital at lunchtime is a bonus.

We came here the day before the Rennie Mackintosh exhibition opened, unfortunately, but we still loved it all. Fabulous art and wonderful building. A must if you are in Glasgow.

This museum offers something for everyone and has a wide variety of exhibits. Highly varied - similar to the British museum. The building itself is also a beautiful landmark. Park is available on sight or at a car park across the street. Good choice on a rainy day. Plan to spend at least 3-4 hours.

Interesting museum aimed at all ages, well worth a visit whatever the makeup of your group.
Free too, even the lunchtime organ recital. Donations are suggested/requested but passively, not in the "in your face" way some museums do with barriers to entry. And you could also get out without being herded via the gift shop!
