Clean, comfortable, lovely view, great location. We had a great stay in this beautiful flat! If you can walk the stairs up to it (great exercise) then it is SO worth it!

This review is incredibly late, my husband and I were talking about our wonderful time in Edinburgh to friends and I realised I forgot to give a very deserved excellent review.
Myself, husband and four parents stayed for one week on the occasion of myself and husband getting married in Edinburgh. Petrea was helpful and friendly from initial contact to return of deposit, she went above and beyond by having cake and champagne for us and getting some groceries when we arrived late evening exhausted.
The apartment was amazing considering the price, the location was best of both as it was quiet with outstanding views of Holyrood Park but offered walkable access to the cities attractions. The apartment is listed for five and Petrea warned us it might be tight for two in the third bedroom but we had no issue at all and actually think it is one of the biggest apartments our group of six has stayed in.
Overall a brilliant experience and having such a wonderful base made our marriage and time in Edinburgh even more memorable. Hopefully we will be back sometime. Thanks Petrea for everything.
Petrea welcomed us and told us we needed to know. This apartment is in a quiet area and well situated with wonderful views of Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat. We also took several walks through the park and conquered Arthur's Seat in about one and a half hours. Walking through the park to the city was a bonus and a good way to start the day. The beds were extremely comfortable and having two bathrooms between four of us worked well. Anyone with young children would have to watch them on the stairs and it would not suit anyone who was unable to climb stairs but the views are worth it!
