Description: Our newest and largest venture, Cafe Andaluz hopes to bring a little bit of Spain to George Street, Edinburgh. Sharing tapas is a great way to eat socially and we make our dishes fresh and as varied as possible. All our dishes are prepared using the best raw materials and are all prepared on the premises. Our wines are sourced solely from Spain and our Sangria is made from traditional recipes passed down through generations. Our staff will always be available to offer advice on menu choices and recommend some of their favourites.

1st visit to this lovely tapas restaurant. The food was very tasty and was served quickly, hot and plenty of it. Very tasty. Maybe a tad over priced! However we all enjoyed it so didn't mind paying a little more. Waiters were attentive and polite. Only suggestion to improve is remond your hostess to smile and be polite and say hello, goodnight and thank you!!!! She should not be a hostess. Lets hope she was just having a bad day! She could let your whole place down!

We eat here every time we are in Edinburgh and enjoy it a lot! The lunch menu is great where there is a range of different tapas options to choose from. Reasonably priced considering it’s location on George street! Best creme brûlée I’ve ever had, will continue to go to this brilliant establishment!

Thankfully we are early eaters so were able to secure a table for 3 at 6pm on a Friday despite not having booked. If you are a late eater I'd book as it was very busy later. We were also able to take advantage of the special menu which got us 3 tapas and dessert for £17.95 each. A nice bottle of house red rounded off a lovely meal. The menu has something for everyone and the tapas are more filling than they first look.

Really nice place, nice interiors and a lot of space for large groups. We were in 13 and the food was served at the same time. We chose the 3 tapas menù (17,95£ with dessert included). Best dishes are for: patata bravas, tajine de cordero, paella tapa, asparagus. For cheese lovers, the goat cheese with orange jam is delicious. Service was also amazing, the waiters are very kind and friendly. Good selection of beers and desserts.

Went to the Cafe Andaluz for dinner.

They do great authentic Spanish food. It is so authentic that they even do a “menu de dia” like they do in Spain.

Unfortunately it was SO NOISY that you could not hear what the person sitting next to you was saying

I will not be going there again for dinner, but I might try it for lunch as the food is so good.
