As a family of 5 it can be hard to find an apartment to suit all our needs however this one did.
Emma met us on arrival and showed us around which felt very welcoming.
The apartment its self is well presented and only a 10 minute walk to the Royal Mile which our 6 year old managed with ease.
We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to others.
We had a great stay at Emma's flat. It didnt look much from the outside but the inside was just as the pictures show - very nicely done, comfortable and had everything you would need. I was surprised at how spacious it was for a small place - we were there with 3 teenage kids and it didnt feel cramped. The immediate area is not that great (although we did feel safe) but it was an easy 10-15min walk down to the start of the royal mile and all the attractions of Edinburgh which we loved. Emma met us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
The aparment has every comfort to make you feel at home. The comfortables and nicely y decorated rooms. A 10-15 min walking to downtown but a very good bus servíces
I stayed at the flat with my three young children (10 years and 6 years old twins) and my teenage niece, we arrived just before 7pm. Emma, the owner was so kind that she bought us bread and milk. The location is very convenient, it cost us just over £6 from Edinburgh Waverley station by taxi. The Holyrood Palace, Calton Hill and Dynamic Earth are within walk distance, bus stop is not far from the flat and buying the Family Day Pass for bus is cost effective. Sainsbury's is just a few minutes walk away and my children were so happy to see KFC is just next to Sainsbury's.
Emma had some children board games in the flat, my children loved playing with them. Kitchen is clean and some of the appliances seem quite new. In general I couldn't find anything negative about the flat
