“Spacious and homely bungalow”

This delightful bungalow in Leith was very clean and comfortable with many homely features, which made the accommodation such a pleasant and welcoming experience. The location was extremely convenient for access to the centre of Edinburgh with a choice of three excellent bus services to Princes Street. The quickest route took less than 15 minutes. We discovered a lovely walk into the centre via the Restelrig railway path, which took about 45 minutes to get to Princes Street. The beach is also nearby as well as a beautiful park. The rooms are spacious and the property boasts a lovely secluded garden. Angie was extremely helpful and the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and juice was very much appreciated. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

“Wonderful place and great value for money”

The bungalow was just what we wanted. Great location with numerous bus services close by. Shops nearby and a quiet secluded garden to sit and relax in. Hospitality by the owner is amazing with everything you could need and more. Relaxing and comfortable stay. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh City Centre but close enough to be able to get there within 20 minutes by bus.

Just a convenient, short bus ride from the City Centre. Well stocked accommodation, we didn't want for anything. The owners even bought some milk for our arrival.
Quiet street and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again.

“Angies Cottage”

We spent a very pleasant five days at Angies cottage The cottage has everything that is needed and the large enclosed garden is brilliant for young children. Parking is available on the drive and also nearby which is a bonus especially in the Capital. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Many thanks.

The house was well equipped with everything you need and more , it was spacious and in a perfect location with easy access to Edinburgh by bus or car , it's a short drive or walk to a lovely seaside town portabello, the only fault we had was the mattress in double room was uncomfortable but that was only a small fault otherwise we would highly recommended this house and location .
