After waitting ten minutes for our starters only one appeared,I asked for patie at nearly £7.00,a tiny bowl arrived 3/4 of which was fat, with 2 thick rough pieces of toast, what patie there was, was tasteless. The main course was a crepe with cheese and mushroom, but it was unlike any crepe I have ever had, instead of being paper thin it was thick and undercooked, my partners starter came 10 minutes after I had finished my starter. We will certainly never go back.

Been to few 'Rouges' now and this one is decent.

It's quite large but don't sit by the window in the evening - The sun absolutely spanks through making it unbearably hot!

No complaints at food, service or drinks.

Toilets were a bit of a let down - Not clean at all and the inspection sheets on display were badly out of date.

Food small portions and not very tasty at all. Certainly not worth the money. Had 3 courses and still did'nt feel full. Bottle wine was third highest in price range but again was'nt worth the money paid.

We were looking for somewhere for dinner mid week and decided to try Cafe Rouge. My son can’t have dairy and the only options available to him were vegetarian, would have been nice if he could have had a bit more choice with one of the meat dishes being suitable. The food was nice but my beef bourguignon could have been a bit hotter.
