My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night at the end of April. We were checked in by Luke and he was super friendly, very efficient and so helpful. Luke gave us all the information we needed about the suites, none of our questions were too much hassle and always spoke to us in the lobby whenever we passed. We stayed in a studio suite which was cleaned by Alex which was spotless. Kitchen amenities were perfect and had everything we needed to cook our evening meal. Breakfast was perfect for on the go and kept stocked up well.

Thank you to Luke and Alex for creating the perfect night away and helping us escape from all COVID worries! Will definitely be returning in the future :)

So glad you enjoyed your stay with us, shame was just the one night but I'm sure great just to be away after this last year! We look forward to seeing you again

I stayed for a night in December, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They made my stay very welcoming, Ross in particular was very helpful. It’s very central for local amenities and the V and A.

We were due to be staying in the hotel indigo next door but it wasn't open so we were moved to these apartments. Rooms were nice with original brickwork due to it being in a converted jute mill. Breakfast was awful - sandwiches wrapped up that had gone a bit soggy, pots of fruit etc - ok they offered something in covid circumstances which are difficult but wish we had gone out.

Thanks for review, we are constantly reviewing our breakfast offering in current climate and hope to have our full buffet breakfast soon as restrictions allow.

Came here for a wee “getaway” even though it is in the city we live in- COVID.
Lovely staff who were very helpful.
Hotel smells amazing!
Cosy, and stylish.
Room was unusual with the original mill ceiling as a feature. The shower was great. There was a Nespresso machine in the room. Nice seating area with tv and kitchenette.
Kitchenette in the room had all you could need for making small meals- close enough to walk to M and S for food.
Breakfast was grab and go which we ate in the room. Still plenty of choice with filled hot rolls, cereals, muffins etc.
Coffee machine was available 24hrs
Only thing I would improve would be to have Netflix available on the room tv
Defo recommend this hotel

We stayed here for a couple of nights. This was the first time we stayed at a Staybridge Suites in Britain. We had previously used the chain in the USA,

The hotel is a converted Jute Mill and shares some original features which gives it character. The hotel also shares the building with another IHG hotel. Indigo Dundee.

The negative is that the car parking space is not enough. We did manage to park our car when we arrived. On other days there was no spaces available. You can park nearby on the street but you have to move the car by 8.00 am and there will still be no spaces available at the hotel car park.

I actually parked the car on a side street some 10 to 15 minutes walk away so there would be no time restrictions.

Check in was quick and easy.

We booked a one bedroom suite. We certainly liked the room, It had a separate seating area and a kitchen with lots of equipment and utensils. Cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster.

The bedroom was separate from the kitchen/seating area so we had lots of space in the suite.

The bathroom had a shower and tub. There was some local toiletries from the Scottish Fine Soaps company.

The location was very good. In front of the hotel was a small shopping area with a M&S Food Hall. We could easily walk to Dundee city centre. So it is a nice location to explore Dundee by foot. Especially when you park your car far away for the evening.

Breakfast is included in the room rate however this was Covid restricted. You get a grab bag and take it to your room along with your hot beverage from a machine.

The bag included a cereal bar, muffin, yoghurt. There was a breakfast roll available as well as a small juice carton.

The coffee was nice but there was nothing in the bag that grabbed me. The thought of having a calorie laden muffin first thing in the morning was not my thing.

We bought a loaf of bread from M&S and had that in our room.

Overall we had a very nice stay at this hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and glad you enjoyed your stay. We have added some healthier options to breakfast and are currently adapting as restrictions allow so hopefully if you are back with us you will see an improvement.
