If you're a family on a Tayside holiday - or on business and want a bit more space, character and flexibility than a chain hotel - then give these apartments a try.
A recent conversion of an old building finished to a very high standard. Centrally located and easy to find, we had the basement flat - which still had plenty of natural light and access to an enclosed outdoor seating area (although Dundee laid on almost nonstop August rain for us so we never managed to use it). Two generously-sized bedrooms are provided, one with a huge ensuite with large walk-in shower and a separate family bathroom. The living/dining area is well-proportioned, and the owner has laid on a record player and some classic old vinyl (the kids now love Leo Sayer!). The kitchen was clean, fitted with quality appliances and provisioned with enough pots, plates & cutlery for breakfast & dinner if you choose not to take advantage of the many nearby bistros & restaurants.
Overall hard to fault what's on offer - and priced very reasonably too. If we find ourselves back in Dundee we'll definitely return here.
