Mixed bag. Fish was good. Lamb was good. Steak was okay but poor value. Burger was tasteless. Kids chicken gougons were like cardboard. Restaurant took this off the bill. Not very high end. Seasoning on starters was minimal. Really not worth £180 for 5

First trip once Covid restrictions were relaxed and we were not disappointed. Lovely room overlooking the first tee. Hotel staff were always friendly and service in the restaurant at dinner and at breakfast was very good. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and we look forward to returning.

Three nights. B&B. Third visit so new what to expect. Staff well organised and friendly and food standard had improved since our last visit. Great to relax and read a newspaper again! Had to reserve breakfast times which were a bit earlier than we would have wanted. However, overall pleased with our choice of hotel.

Helen in dining room and Aethan in Spa, and therapist at Spa were the only ones who made our stay bearable. Also mature man (grey hair and glasses in Bistro). Had initially asked to be moved to a less obstructed view but this could not be done?
